• Provides break/fix support as well as request fulfillment

• Drives strategic IT programs and larger projects

• Leads review and selection of hardware to be deployed to end users (office, manufacturing, and field workers)

• Interfaces with business leads to identify areas IT can provide more value with currently deployed or other emerging technologies

• Leads cross functional digital end user council to allow more collaboration between IT teams and the business specifically around how we can improve the end user experience

• Owns, drives or provides assistance to higher impacting incidents and requests as needed

• Provides C-Level support when needed

• This role will operate in a least privileged model and will partner with IT engineering teams to ensure technical changes are made to support EUC digital employee experience strategies

• Partners with engineering teams to develop long term digital workplace roadmap which rolls into the overall IT Digital Strategy

• Ensures global EUC team is trained on technologies that are deployed

• Provides input on EUC employee development and growth

• Provides support on complex incidents requiring SME expertise

• Develops key relationships with site leaders and user base, monitors user experience.

• Drive the adoption of new technologies to support business needs. Be a key thought leader for IT strategies and solutions. Create relationships with key partners to help drive solutions.

• Assists in or manages planning and executing for IT projects in his or her region incl. coordination with local parties to inform of new technologies.

• He/She is responsible to promote, enforce, and sometimes create IT policies, processes & standards

• High professional ethics and respect administrative policies and committed to deliver IT world class services

• Have a mindset to always keep learning new technologies and stay current.

• Ability to perform role with minimum IT systems permissions

Accountabilities:

• Develop and continuously improve IT end user hardware and services

• Own relationships with business department leads to develop roadmap for new technologies

• Implement Site Projects, IT Projects and Compliance Projects as per IT plans IT Site Administrator role in these projects may vary from project to project

• Promote and ensure adherence to IT security policies

• Promote IT Policies, Procedures and Standards

• Act as onsite contact for outside vendors and service providers

• Follow IT support escalation process and procedure

• Train new site personnel as needed
