We are currently looking for a IT  Coordinator.

 

Your Mission:

 

Project leader as Infrastructure specialist

• Attend/Lead IT Infrastructure projects – global/regional/local projects and maintain IT Project documents.
• Communicate with regional/Global IT infrastructure team about Infrastructure requirement

Data Center management

• Do daily health check including backup (Symantec BackupExec)
• Account management : Active Directory
• Monitor and maintain servers, network devices and telecommunication devices
• Escalate any data center issue to IT manager and regional IT team

Asset / Backup management and maintain Infrastructure policy

• IT Asset management : Maintain the IT Asset list without any missing ( EMPIRUM )
• Backup management : Monitor daily backup status and fix the technical issue if any.
• Develop IT Infrastructure policy with IT Manager and regional/Global IT team

Office Helpdesk 

• IT Asset support – Laptop / IP Phone / Projector / Printer / PBX / Desk phone and other peripheral devices
• Analyze helpdesk issue and provide proper trainings to business teams – i.e. office automation software trainings.
• Store VPN management
• New comer orientations

Vendor management 

 

 

 

Your Talents:

 

• Education: Computer science is preferred but not mandatory
• Professional: At least 4 ~ 8 years IT Operation experiences at multi national company 
• IT Skills: Microsoft Office, Lotus notes and/or MS exchange, Windows Server, Router, Cisco and VPN
• Language Skills: English (Business Level)
• Functional Competencies: Technical Expertise, Analytical thinking, Business communication
• Functional Skills: Customer oriented, Teamwork
