Overall Description
업무 개요
Manages the Technology Service Desk, define its Policy and Procedures, enforce those, train staff and manage all tools pertaining to the Technology Service Desk operations
Key Tasks
주요 업무
1) Defines the Technology Service Desk function by adapting the Company standards to PyeongChang Project
2) Manage and maintain the Technology Service Catalog coordinating input from all Technology areas
3) Supports the IT Service Management Platform (ITSM)
4) Manages the Technology Service Desk supervisors
5) Ensure that the Technology Service Desk team has the appropriate skills to deliver the required target performance both in the Call Centre and in the Venues
6) Implement staffing and scheduling models to ensure guaranteed coverage to the business
7) Works with the Operations Process Manager and IT Project Leader for ISF to design the reporting structure which ensures the early identification of issues in the performance of the Technology Service Desk
8) Reports regularly to the Operations Manager on the performance of the Technology Service Desk against the Service Level Agreement
9) Define and implement escalation procedures
10) Interface to users / customers who have complaints regarding the delivery of service. Deal with these complaints effectively and recommend corrective action to avoid subsequence occurrences
11) Defines the Call Centre facility requirements
Required experience & skillsets
지원 자격
1) Minimum 3 years’ experience of managing a team within a Service Desk environment, Technology Service Desk Management Experience is the benefit
2) Thorough knowledge of IT Service Management processes, IT best practices and customer satisfaction evaluation processes
3) Knowledgeable of ITIL methodology
4) Ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively
5) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6) Knowledge of Microsoft operating system and Microsoft Office products
7) Knowledge of PC (client and server) hardware, peripheral devices and basic network is a plus
8) Fluent in English and Korean, good verbal communication skills
9) Excellent customer service skills
10) Ability to work well under pressure, ability to work in a team environment
11) Ability to accept a significant level of responsibility and accountability
12) Ability to quickly understand complex problems and devise effective solutions
13) Flexible approach to working hours
